Legacy Boxing Club in collaboration with the Pretty Strong Project (Women & Girls Boxing Boxing Program) invites all women and girls in the Tri-State Area to come together for a full day of boxing training and sparring. Boxing Training starts at 9:00AM (Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required) No experience necessary.! Sign up for FREE training class at https://prettystrongprojectdec23.eventbrite.com. Sparring session will starts at 11:00AM (Pre-register here) Must bring your own equipment! Registration is required so we can have pre-scheduled sparring rounds and monitor participation. All registered boxers can participate for free. All weights and experience. Must have current USA Boxing Book and in good standing.
